When EA's take some time off, we have to change the notifications to whomever EA's serves as backup. There's 2 ways of doing this:
a) if both EA's need to be notified, we need to use a distribution list. Use these instructions: https://mayfieldhelp.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/44002256608-grant-calendar-access-delegate-changes
b) If only 1 EA needs to be notified, we only need to swap from one to another as shown below. Login to lionpoint-pc7b as X1SA, open Partners Mailbox and proceed accordingly.
NOTE: Since we know who's the backup for each EA, we don't need to change their delegate access for calendar nor the Zoom schedule privilege. These remain the same. We only change notifications.
