Excel once in a while shows: Excel is waiting for another application to complete an OLE action

This is a similar issue reported by Monica O. https://mayfieldhelp.freshdesk.com/a/tickets/6055

We have disabled Real Time presence on Google Drive settings on Monica's laptop. We know now this issue was there even before Google drive but we still want to try this to get this variable out of the mix.

This seems to fix the issue immediately.
