We need to do a couple things when we replace a motherboard on our laptops. If not, we will get an error message: Microsoft Office 365 - Error Code 80090016
a) Enter Bitlocker information from G:\Shared drives\IT Shared\Backups - Sensitive\Bitlocker
b) Disable Bitlocker
c) Apply all System Drivers (via Lenovo Commercial Vantage) and Windows Updates
d) Boot into BIOS and make sure Security Chip is Enabled
e) Login as local Helpdesk
f) Open File Explorer and navigate to the following path. C:\Users\(USERNAME)\AppData\Local\Packages (The path may differ)
- Scroll down and search for Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy folder
- Rename the folder as Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_cw5n1h2txyewy.old.
- Restart laptop and have end-user login
g) Enable Bitlocker and save G:\Shared drives\IT Shared\Backups - Sensitive\Bitlocker
