This is a Global policy under Default Domain Policy. Any DC will allow you to update. Open Group Policy Management Editor >> Right click and then EDIT Default Domain Policy.

To make sure the changes had applied, please run gpupdate /force from CMD as administrator and then run RSOP.

In this we extended from 375 to 400 days.
