When we receive this alert: "SYSTEM ALERT : high : websrvr: Exited 4 times, waiting 1860 seconds to retry" it means that our GUI to access the firewall is not working.


We need to login via CLI and run the following command:


debug software restart process management-server


Log back in to the web interface to confirm the interface is up again.
