Thanks,

This can be enabled via Exchange Admin Center Classic https://outlook.office365.com/ecp/?form=eac&mkt=en-US
If that doesn’t work, try steps below.
- Open PowerShell and run as Administrator and run command connect-exchangeonline (use office365admin@mayfield.com credentials)
- Enable-Mailbox -Identity "username@mayfield.com" –Archive
If you get an error message as:
Got to AD, go to the OU containing the user and edit the objects attributes as below
Give it some time and try the command on step 2 again.
Once enabled, you can force the Archiving using command below instead of waiting for MS archiving schedule to start it.
Start-ManagedFolderAssistant -Identity username@mayfield.com
Go to Exchange Admin Center and confirm this is working. Go to Mailbox Archive several times and confirm usage has increased.
When I first checked, this was a at .04 it now shows .07
