Disable Filevault from Security under System Preferences.
Confirme iDaptive is not installed. If it, we need to Launch iDaptive and unenroll then uninstall idaptive.
Download and run config file with link sent to end user.
Open System Preferences and install profile.
Wait for a couple minutes for printers to be installed Under System Preferences and Firewall to be turned on under Security.
Log to console and confirm all packages have been pushed out under events for recently added device.
Sent the Remove Carbon Black script from Console
Checked App list under our Addigy console to confirm Vmware is no longer there.

Notify user that all he needs is to reboot to complete filevault setup.

Once reboot has been confirmed we should see under Devices Security tab
