Helpdesk Account Logs in to Word, Outlook, idaptive and Causing SSO issues with end users


Make sure you logout helpdesk from Mayfield.my.idaptive.app and office.com

Search for Managed Network Credentials


 

Remove anything Helpdesk related from here.

Search for Access work and school

Remove Helpdesk MDM 

Re-install Office. (Make sure you login to Mayfield.my.idaptive.app as user for this install)

Launch Word and logged in as User

Launch Outlook and logged in as User

Close and Open Office Apps several times to confirm it keeps login in as user

Pin Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel

Once all working as expected, add again to MDM using helpdesk

Test all Office apps and Outlook connectivity

Confirm Laptop/PC  shows up in idaptive console.
