Login to local exchange https://mf-exchange-01.mayfield.com/ecp (from helpdesk PC, use Firefox) >> Groups >> + Symbol >> Distribution Group >> Enter details (Display Name, alias, description) >> Owner should be Helpdesk Admin >> Add Members >> Closed and Open on last option

If used from the outside as well, we need to allow this for this Distribution once it has been created. Double click on the Distribution Group >> Delivery Management >> Check Senders inside and outside of my organization.
